Draft. This is written out properly and it says what we actually do — but a lawyer hasn't read it yet. It'll be reviewed before Nibbo opens to everyone, and anything that changes, we'll say so here.

The short version

Be 13 or older. Don't use Nibbo to hurt people. Read what it writes before you send it — once you hit send, that message is yours. Cancel whenever. That's most of it.

Using Nibbo means you're okay with everything below. If you're not, don't use it — that's genuinely fine.

You have to be 13

13 is the floor. If you're under 18, the rules where you live might also say a parent has to agree to this for you — if that's your situation, go ask them.

Accounts we find belonging to under-13s get deleted, along with everything in them.

What Nibbo is, and what it isn't

Nibbo is an assistant that texts you. It remembers what you tell it and does small jobs — drafting, reminding, finding things — on a schedule or when you ask.

It isn't a person, a lawyer, a doctor, a therapist, or a financial advisor. Anything it says about your health, your money, or the law is a starting point for asking someone real, not an answer.

And if you're in a crisis or you're not safe, Nibbo is the wrong tool. In the US you can call or text 988 and get an actual human, right now, for free.

What it writes is a draft. What you send is yours.

Nibbo writes emails, texts, applications, essays and messages for you. Every one of those is a suggestion. It sits there until you read it and decide to send it.

The second you send it, it's your message. If it's wrong, rude, late, or gets a fact backwards, that lands on you — so read it first. This matters more than it sounds like it does: AI models are confidently wrong sometimes, all of them, including this one. Check anything with a date, a number, a name, or a person's feelings attached.

Also: your school probably has rules about AI. Nibbo doesn't know what they are. Following them is your job, not ours.

What you can't use it for

Don't use Nibbo to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully or scare anyone.
  • Pretend to be someone else in a way that could actually fool people.
  • Break the law, or help someone else break it.
  • Make or spread sexual content involving minors. Ever, in any form.
  • Send spam, scams, or bulk messages to people who didn't ask for them.
  • Get around Nibbo's limits, break into it, or resell it as your own product.

One account, one person. Don't share a login, and don't let someone else text Nibbo as you — it'll learn things about them and file them under you.

Paying, and stopping

Free stays free. The paid plans bill every month or every year, whichever you picked, and they renew on their own until you stop them.

Cancel any time in settings — no email, no phone call, no "are you sure" maze. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it stops and you drop to Free. Your lore doesn't get wiped when you downgrade.

We don't automatically refund the part of a month or year you didn't use. If something actually went wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.

Prices can change. If yours does, you get told before it happens and you can cancel first — a price change never applies to something you've already paid for.

The trial

Every account starts with 14 days free. We don't ask for a card to start one, so nothing can charge you by surprise at the end of it — when the 14 days are up, Nibbo drops to Free on its own unless you choose to pay.

Founding codes

Founding codes get Nibbo at $7.50 a month for 6 months after the trial, then $15 a month like everyone else. Cancel during those 6 months and the founding rate goes with it — codes aren't transferable and can't be stacked or resold.

When we'd cut someone off

If you break the rules above, we can suspend or delete your account. For anything involving someone getting hurt, we won't wait around first.

Otherwise we'll tell you what happened and give you a chance to explain, because people get flagged by mistake. If you've paid for time you didn't get and you weren't cut off for something serious, you get that part back.

You can leave whenever, for any reason or no reason. There's a delete account button and it does exactly what it says.

When it breaks

It will sometimes. Nibbo is new. Messages will be late, a nib will misfire, something will go down at the worst possible moment.

We're not promising it never goes wrong, and we can't take on what a missed reminder ends up costing you — so don't make Nibbo the only thing standing between you and something that really matters. Where the law says a company can't sign away responsibility, it can't, and this paragraph doesn't change that.

Your stuff stays yours

What you write to Nibbo, and what Nibbo writes for you, belongs to you. We only use it to make Nibbo work for you — running your nibs, keeping your memory, fixing things when they break. We don't sell it and we don't train models on it. The privacy page has the details.

The Nibbo name, the site, the cat and the software are ours.

Changes, and the boring bit

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. If something important changes, you get an email rather than a quiet edit — and if you don't like it, cancel.

Nibbo is built and run from Hawaii, so Hawaii law covers this agreement. If one part of it turns out not to hold up, the rest still does.
